Warehouse Addition

This project entailed the ground-up construction of a 32,000 square foot warehouse addition, expanding capacity for an existing tenant.  The work featured energy-efficient lighting and a new ESFR fire protection system, along with extensive coordination to integrate new mechanical and electrical systems between the existing and new structures.  The scope also involved creating four new loading dock bays, infilling existing docks to convert them into warehouse space, and installing new roofing across the existing 75,000-square-foot facility.  Significant site and land development work was performed, including multiple stormwater retention basins, state highway improvements, and full repaving of the existing parking lot.
