Crate and Barrel Distribution Center

This major distribution center for Crate and Barrel in Cranbury, NJ was delivered on a design/build basis. The 675,000 square foot facility consists of two buildings – a 300,000 square foot building for furniture distribution and a 375,000 square foot building for housewares. Both structures were redesigned with a structural steel frame and precast concrete perimeter walls. The complex serves as Crate and Barrel’s eastern region distribution center for the chain’s stores from Maine to Florida. The project also included the construction of an 11,000 SF retail store for Crate and Barrel inside the 375,000 SF distribution center.
