Teacher’s Warehouse

This project is a $6.5 million, one-story warehouse totaling 236,000 square feet for national real estate developer, The Rockefeller Group. The entire project was constructed using a design/build delivery system in which we managed all consultant contracts and oversaw both the design and construction phases. The structure consists of precast concrete perimeter load bearing walls, structural steel interior columns and a bar joist and truss roofing system with TPO loose-laid roof membrane. As part of the design/build process, we were also responsible for the design and installation of the electrical, plumbing, fire protection and HVAC systems. We coordinated with the developer during the design phase of the project to ensure maximum flexibility for the interior fit-out.
