Montgomery Corporate Center

The corporate center, built in Upper Dublin Township, includes an adjacent parking deck. Building Two was the first of five buildings constructed on the 190-acre site. The four-story, steel-framed and brick facade structure provides 224,000 square feet of Class A office space. Extensive on-site development and off-site improvements have been performed including the widening of a major highway, Route 63.

The three level parking garage, adjacent to the new corporate center provides 429 parking spaces.  The 149,510 square foot structure has a dry fire protection system as well as a fire alarm system.  It took just 13 days to erect the 243 pieces of structural and architectural precast.
