Harborside Financial Center Plaza 4A

Plaza 4-A of the Harborside Financial Center is ten-story structure providing seven levels of post-tension parking deck and three levels of Class A office space. Totaling 650,000 square feet, the building spans two subway tunnels and required piles, caissons, and massive foundation beams. The facade system incorporates a variety of materials including granite, precast brick panels, glazed curtainwall, and an illuminated parapet. Situated on the waterfront in Jersey City, the building offers impressive views of the Hudson River and Manhattan skyline. The project was complete in only 13 months to accommodate tenant requirements.
