Overview
The Ferry Terminal Building on the Camden, New Jersey waterfront was constructed on a design/build basis. This new four-story, mixed-use structure provides 105,000 square feet of office space on floors two through four with the ground floor designated for 2,100 square feet of ancillary retail space. The Ferry Terminal Building is part of Cooper’s Crossing—a redevelopment project aimed at revitalizing Camden and helping to unify the Philadelphia and Camden waterfronts.
