Overview
This project entailed the construction of a new 14-story condominium at the corner of Front and Ionic Streets in Old City Philadelphia. The Beaumont Condominiums includes 14 luxury condominiums with unobstructed panoramic views of the city through continuous seven foot windows. The brick exterior on the first four floors help the blend the building into the surrounding streetscape while the slate and cast stone architectural features enhance the glass curtain wall. A new one-story covered parking garage was constructed at the rear of the building.
