The Elm

The Elm is a new multi-family development located in Narberth, PA. With a historically inspired exterior façade, the 90,000 square foot building includes 52 apartment units with resident parking incorporated into the lower level of the structure. The building features sophisticated amenities, high-end finishes, an outdoor community terrace, and fitness center. The project scope included demolition of an existing office building, and excavation for the new underground parking garage. The challenging site logistics in this dense neighborhood required careful coordination with adjacent commercial and residential properties.
