Memphis Flats

Memphis Flats entailed the adaptive reuse and complete renovation of a former baseball factory into a modern mixed-use residential community with 72 condominiums and 15,000 square feet of commercial space. This four-story building consists of two adjoining structures built between 1900 and 1920.  The project included an infill addition featuring a glass curtain wall façade that serves as the building’s new main entrance.  Renovation work included a complete façade restoration, new windows, polished concrete and bamboo floors, sound attenuation and new mechanical systems.
