1400 Howard – Mixed-Use Retail Complex

This 80,000 square foot warehouse occupies a full city block in the Fishtown neighborhood of Philadelphia. The dated structure was completely transformed through the demolition of major portions of the masonry structure and installation of new expansive glass storefronts, windows and skylights to create a bright, modern and open atmosphere. The tenants are a mix of entertainment, retail and commercial users.
