Power Home Remote Warehouse and Office Facility

This project consists of the construction of a new 60,000 square foot facility in Chester, Pennsylvania, as well as the demolition of the existing three-story masonry structure — located adjacent to an active railway — to accommodate the new development.

The project involves significant site and land development work, including the installation of an underground stormwater retention basin, public street dedications, and coordination with PennDOT for Highway Occupancy permitting and improvements.

The new building will be constructed using precast insulated concrete wall panels and will include approximately 50,000 square feet of fully sprinklered warehouse space equipped with an ESFR fire protection system, along with 10,000 square feet of office space.
