The Locks

The Locks is a 60-home luxury townhouse community constructed on Venice Island along the banks of the Schuylkill River in Philadelphia. The development required significant site improvements including the import of 45,000 yd.3 of soil to raise the property out of the floodplain, and remediation under the PA Act 2 program. These Energy Star certified four-story townhomes feature a contemporary architectural design inspired by the industrial heritage of Venice Island.
