Southwark on Reed

Southwark on Reed features 95 new four-story townhomes with roof decks and garage parking. These Energy Star certified homes were thoughtfully designed to compliment the architectural fabric of the surrounding South Philadelphia neighborhood. The site was the former home of the massive Mt. Sinai Hospital, which was demolished to clear the 3-acre parcel. New Infrastructure includes landscaped rain gardens to provide stormwater management and hardscaped terraces to serve the community.
