The adaptive re-use of a former 100,000 square foot warehouse into a new Youth Development Center that includes seven indoor basketball courts, training/fitness room, locker rooms, classrooms, civic engagement arena, wellness oasis, community meeting rooms, financial literacy suite, and a concession and dining area. Funding includes New Markets Tax Credits and the Pennsylvania state RACP Grant.
