Community Partnership School – New School Building

The adaptive reuse of a vacant, dilapidated, formerly City of Philadelphia-owned building into a 21st-century school.  The project features the complete gut rehabilitation into new classrooms,   gymnasium and auditorium, cafeteria,  administrative offices, teaching kitchen, and outdoor playground.
