PATH (People Acting to Help) – New Headquarters and Community Hub

New headquarters and community services hub for PATH. The project featured the historic renovation of an existing mid-century building, and the construction of an addition and new children’s building.  Funding included New Markets Tax Credits, Federal and State Historic Tax Credits and the Pennsylvania state RACP grant.
