Liguori Academy – New ACE Center and Main Building Renovations

This project includes select renovations and upgrades to the current Main School building and the adaptive re-use of Liguori’s newly acquired annex building, the Aldrich Center for Excellence (the “ACE Center”), originally built in 1920 and located adjacent to the Main School.  The scope includes a substantially expanded vocational training program through the new Construction Technology Center, a new fitness and wellness center, new classroom and flex spaces, along with enhanced building systems.
