Dave Hill

With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Dave has an extensive knowledge of complex industrial projects, fast-track commercial construction, multi-family residential buildings, and large sitework projects.

Dave draws upon his deep technical understanding of building systems in providing pre-construction services, with a strong focus on value engineering and the preparation of conceptual estimates. Under Dave’s oversight, the Hope Street team applies highly disciplined construction management practices to successfully deliver projects.  Dave’s commitment to timely and accurate communication with clients, design professionals, subcontractors, and municipal officials results in effective collaboration among the entire project team.

Dave has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Temple University – Magna Cum Laude.
