Strawbridge’s @ Moorestown Mall

The May Company’s retail store in Moorestown Mall was demolished and rebuilt. As general contractor, we managed a crew of over 200 who achieved the demanding schedule of this fast track project. The new two-story steel structure connects to the existing mall, welcoming shoppers with marble and granite entrances. The interior of the store displays highly-detailed millwork and finishes. Outside, the brick facade is complemented by the detailed EIFS work encircling the entrances.

Critical to the success of this job was the open channel of communication and active interface with The May Company, as they provided wall and floor finishes as well as fixtures. With full construction operations six days a week, the project was completed in only 34 weeks from ground breaking to store opening.
