Bryn Athyn College – First Year Residence Hall

New construction of an 82 bed, two-wing, three-story residence hall that includes both modular and conventional construction.  Residences were prefabricated off-site and erected during the College’s summer break.  The residences were erected, and completed on site along with a new 4,000 community connector, prior to the start of the fall semester, without interruption to the active campus community.
