Greg Hill

Greg is the co-founder and managing partner of D3 Development LLC.  With over 30 years of involvement in Real Estate Development and Construction Management, Greg has extensive experience with acquisitions, financing, entitlements, design, construction, and property management. In his role at D3, Greg oversees management of the firm, provides overall vision and leadership, and is deeply involved in the management of ongoing development projects.

Greg’s real estate development experience includes multi-family projects, historic restorations, expansive single-family communities, commercial offices, and socially impactful mixed-use developments.  Over his career, Greg has constructed thousands of residential units and millions of square feet of commercial, retail, and industrial buildings in various metropolitan markets including Philadelphia, New York City, Boston and Washington, D.C.

Prior to forming D3, Greg was the president of JMB Associates LLC, providing construction management services for local and national clients.  He was also a managing partner in Brown Hill LP, performing real estate development work in Philadelphia and New York.

Greg graduated Magna Cum Laude from Temple University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and Construction Technology, and sits on the Board of Directors for the Building Industry Association of Philadelphia.
