Gabe Canuso

With 25 years experience in the development and construction industries, Gabe manages D3’s owner’s representative services, as well as property management operations, company and property-level marketing, and leasing.

Gabe was instrumental in several projects involving the redevelopment of historic industrial buildings including Oxford Mills and Huntingdon Mills – mixed-use developments serving the education, healthcare and social services communities.  Under Gabe’s leadership, D3’s owner’s representative services include recent projects such as the US Squash National Squash Center, Community Partnership School’s New School Building, Philabundance PCK, El Corazon Cultural Arts Center for Taller Puertorriqueño, FringeArts’ Waterfront Arts Center, DRWC’s Cherry Street Pier, the new headquarters fand school for The Clay Studio and new behavioral and mental health facilities for Children’s Crisis Treatment Center and PATH, Inc.

Gabe earned a bachelors degree from Villanova University and a masters degree from George Washington University. He is also the President emeritus of the Board of Trustees for Children’s Crisis Treatment Center.
